This Agreement is made on this $Date$ between Tina Rose Wallington Coaching and $Client’s Full Name$.
1. Coaching Program Description
The Coach agrees to provide one-on-one coaching services to the Client, including scheduled coaching sessions, resources, and additional support as outlined below:
• Program Title: Empowerment And Transformation Package
• Duration: 24 Weeks
• Coaching Session Frequency: Weekly
• Session Length: 60 minutes
• Delivery Mode: Google Chat
2. Fees & Payment Terms
• Total Program Fee: £4,500.00
• Payment Schedule: In Full or 6 monthly payment plan of £750.00. per month
• Payment Method: PayPal or Stripe
Payments are due on or before the agreed-upon dates. Late payments may incur a £20.00 penalty.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Client-Initiated Cancellations: The client must notify the Coach at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited.
• Coach-Initiated Cancellations: If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule, they will notify the Client as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
4. Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to keep all shared information confidential, except as required by law. Client information and session details will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Attend all sessions punctually.
• Engage fully in each session and complete assignments.
• Be open, honest, and willing to discuss goals and challenges.
The success of the coaching relationship relies on the Client’s commitment and effort.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing. Termination by the Client does not entitle the Client to a refund unless otherwise stated here. Upon termination, all outstanding fees will be due immediately.
7. Limitations of Liability
The Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. The Client assumes responsibility for decisions and actions resulting from coaching.
8. Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Coach and Client, superseding any previous agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
9. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
